Refund policy


We only refund or exchange products if they are faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving products with any fault issues.

We DO NOT refund or exchange for 'change of mind' or if incorrect sizing has been ordered.


Returning your item
To initiate the return process, please contact us first to obtain a 'return authorisation.' Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the case of minor faults, we may offer a repair only.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you about the status of your refund or replacement request. Alternatively, we will notify you if we determine that the product is not faulty.

Refunds
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges
If approved, we will ship out your replacement product within 7 days. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. However, if we approve your refund or exchange, we will reimburse you for the shipping expenses.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item.
