Payment: Payment to be in Australian dollars and may be by cheque or credit card. |
Delivery: Orders may be picked up at our showroom (by appointment) at: 24 Stokes Avenue, Asquith NSW 2077, Sydney, Australia or can be posted. Delivery time for orders is 6 weeks. |

Postage: Postage anywhere in Australia is $AUD15. Anywhere else is $AUD20 |

Exchanges: We exchange within 14 days of delivery where the wrong size has been ordered. Additional postage and handling costs are at the customer's expense. |

Refunds: We do not refund goods unless faulty. Returned shoes must be unworn and in their original condition as when delivered. Refunds must be made within 14 days of delivery.
